Excellence in Health Improvement
We are so proud to have been nominated and then win the ‘Health Improvement’ category of the annual Port Stephens Examiner Business Awards 2021. We were also finalists in the same catageory in 2022.

Young Alumnus of the Year
Nikita Austin, the director of Eat. Speak. Repeat., is a Southern Cross University alumni. In 2020, Nikita was nominated for the Alumni Impact Awards – Young Alumnus of the Year. She was then chosen as the recipient of this award to celebrate the extraordinary achievements she has completed since graduating.
At Southern Cross, we have a long standing tradition of recognising the achievements of outstanding alumni through the Alumni of the Year Awards. These recipients are leaders and innovators across a diverse range of disciplines.
Our 2020 Alumni Impact Award recipients have achieved extraordinary things in what was a challenging year.
From research excellence to building community, improving access to healthcare and working to solve environmental problems, each recipient demonstrates professional and personal dedication to making a profound impact in our society worldwide.

International Women’s Day Scholarship
Nikita was one of the recipients of the International Women’s Day Scholarships through the Port Stephens Council.
The scholarship was for $1000 to go toward community projects that were led by women in business.
Nikita plans to use the money toward creating inclusive holiday programs for children with disabilities and who may requires additional supports to participate in holiday programs.
