Nikita

Clinic Director & Speech Pathologist

Nikita is the owner and founder of Eat. Speak. Repeat. Allied Health. She is also the Speech Pathologist, Feeding Therapist, and Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist.

Nikita is an Indigenous Australian from the Wonnarua/Wanaurah Nation.

Nikita has worked in varying roles including in community health, hospital/acute care settings, and private practice. Her favourite practice areas include feeding therapy, swallowing disorders, orofacial myofunctional disorders, literacy, AAC, and early language.

Nikita enjoys spending time crafting, going on picnics, and camping with her husband and friends.

Karen

Clinic Manager

Karen is our Clinical Manager and works casually at Eat. Speak. Repeat. Allied Health. 

Karen is an Indigenous Australian from the Wonnarua/Wanaruah Nation. 

Karen has worked in similar roles for the past 20+ years within the allied health industry. 

Outside of Eat. Speak. Repeat., Karen enjoys keeping active by playing tennis, going for walks, or heading to the gym, as well as spending time with her family.

    Mary

    Speech Pathologist

    Mary is a Speech Pathologist and Feeding Therapist who began her role with Eat. Speak. Repeat. in September 2023.

    Mary brings with her experience working with First Nations clients as well as neurodivergent clients. She enjoys working in early language, and wishes to continue working in the neurodiversity space.

    Mary enjoys working across a range of practice areas supporting Neurodivergent clients. Her favourite practice areas include literacy and early language.

    Mary enjoys gardening, op-shopping, and reading in her spare time. She also runs a camp with her partner for children in out-of-home care in Queensland.

    Emily

    Speech Pathologist

    Emily is a Speech Pathologist who began her role at Eat. Speak. Repeat. in March 2022. She is also a feeding therapist in training and is beginning to explore feeding therapy more with her clients. 

    Emily graduated from Newcastle University with a Bachelor of Speech Pathology in 2011.

    Emily comes to Eat. Speak. Repeat. with over 10 years of experience in the Speech Pathology world, and has a passion for neurodiverse-affirming practice.

    In her spare time, you’ll find Emily keeping busy with her 3 young children, and illustrating and writing children’s books. She also keeps busy advocating for the neurodiversity-affirming movement on her instagram @NeuroWild

      Jemimah

      Administration

      Jemimah began her role at Eat. Speak. Repeat. Allied Health in June 2023. She comes from a background of working in administration in the healthcare setting with experience working in speech pathology practices.

      Jemimah is also currently studying a degree in Speech Pathology at the University of Newcastle.

      In her spare time, you’ll find Jem playing with her young daughter or reading her latest book series. 

        Olivia

        Allied Health Assistant

        Olivia started with Eat. Speak. Repeat. in February of 2023. Olivia is our Allied Health Assistant and studies Speech Pathology at the University of Newcastle.

        Olivia enjoys working with neurodivergent clients, being neurodivergent herself, and also enjoys working on language-based goals for her clients.

        Olivia can see non-complex clients to help support our waitlists, and also offer additional appointments to clients if they would like. 

        In her spare time, Olivia enjoys being with her husband, gaming, reading, or researching into her latest deep interest.
