Nikita
Clinic Director & Speech Pathologist
Nikita is the owner and founder of Eat. Speak. Repeat. Allied Health. She is also the Speech Pathologist, Feeding Therapist, and Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist.
Nikita is an Indigenous Australian from the Wonnarua/Wanaurah Nation.
Nikita has worked in varying roles including in community health, hospital/acute care settings, and private practice. Her favourite practice areas include feeding therapy, swallowing disorders, orofacial myofunctional disorders, literacy, AAC, and early language.
Nikita enjoys spending time crafting, going on picnics, and camping with her husband and friends.

Karen
Clinic Manager & Administration
Karen is our Clinical Manager and works casually at Eat. Speak. Repeat. Allied Health.
Karen is an Indigenous Australian from the Wonnarua/Wanaruah Nation.
Karen has worked in similar roles for the past 20+ years within the allied health industry.
Outside of Eat. Speak. Repeat., Karen enjoys keeping active by playing tennis, going for walks, or heading to the gym, as well as spending time with her family.
Em
Speech Pathologist
Em is a Speech Pathologist who began her role at Eat. Speak. Repeat. in March 2022. She currently works solely through telehealth.
Em graduated from Newcastle University with a Bachelor of Speech Pathology in 2011.
Em comes to Eat. Speak. Repeat. with over 10 years of experience in the Speech Pathology world, and has a passion for neurodiverse-affirming practice.
In her spare time, you’ll find Em keeping busy with her 3 young children, and illustrating and writing children’s books. She also keeps busy advocating for the neurodiversity-affirming movement on her instagram @NeuroWild_ and making loads of resources for other neurodiverse families on her TeachersPayTeachers account.

Myo Munchee Certified Therapist
Nafisa
Allied Health Assistant
Nafisa began her role with ESR in June of 2025. She is currently studying a bachelor of Speech Pathology at the University of Newcastle. She is due to graduate in July 2024 and will then continue with ESR as a full-time speech pathologist.
Nafisa is able to support clients under direct supervision from one of our senior speech pathologists following the initial assessment phase.
Nafisa enjoys working with neurodivergent clients and learning more about all practice areas of being a speech pathologist.

Meg
Allied Health Assistant
Meg began her role in November 2024 . She is currently studying a bachelor of Speech Pathology at the University of Newcastle.
Meg is able to support clients under direct supervision from one of our senior speech pathologists following the initial assessment phase.
Meg enjoys working with neurodivergent clients and learning more about the world of speech pathology practice.
Olivia
Allied Health Assistant
Olivia started with Eat. Speak. Repeat. in February of 2023. Olivia is our Allied Health Assistant and studies Speech Pathology at the University of Newcastle. She is due to graduate in June 2025 and will continue with ESR as a full-time speech pathologist.
Olivia enjoys working with neurodivergent clients, being neurodivergent herself, and also enjoys working on language-based goals for her clients.
Olivia can see clients under direct supervision from one of our senior speech pathologists following the initial assessment phase.
In her spare time, Olivia enjoys being with her husband, gaming, reading, or researching into her latest deep interest.
